Ragi Dosa | Finger Millet Dosa | No Fermentation Ragi Dosa


Ragi Dosa or Finger Millet Dosa is a very healthy South Indian breakfast recipe.  Ragi (Finger Millet) is a very popular and nutritious cereal which is used in most South Indian households.  It is highly rich in calcium and iron and is quite easily digestible.
